VedPilot is owned and operated by Foxylang, LLC. In this Privacy Policy, "VedPilot," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Foxylang, LLC and the AI Vibe Video Editor we provide.
VedPilot lets you upload media, describe edits in plain language, generate AI video and images, add voice-over and captions, and finish projects on a real multi-track timeline. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you visit vedpilot.com, use our web application, billing pages, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use the Service, and limited technical data needed to run the product.
Information you provide to us
- Account data, such as your name, email address, password, display name, and profile photo when you sign up or update your account.
- Authentication data when you sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple.
- Billing data, such as your plan, subscription status, and coin balance. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by us.
- Support and communications, such as messages you send when you contact us.
- Project data, such as project names, timeline edits, editor settings, and metadata needed to save and restore your work.
- Usage and coin records, such as AI actions charged against your balance and related billing notes.
- Prompts and AI inputs, such as chat messages, edit instructions, generation prompts, and media you upload for transcription, captions, voice-over, or AI generation.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and log data, such as pages viewed, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, device information, and diagnostic events.
- Cookie and session data needed to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences.
- Error and performance data if optional monitoring tools are enabled.
Information stored locally in your browser
Some Service data may remain in your browser unless you clear it or delete your account. This can include uploaded media files, AI chat history, clip transcripts, captions, and local editor preferences.
Media files you import are often stored locally in your browser first. Cloud project saves store project structure and settings, not necessarily every original media file.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to provide the Service, process billing, improve reliability, and keep accounts secure.
- Create, authenticate, and maintain your account.
- Save, sync, and restore your projects and editor settings.
- Process AI requests such as timeline edits, generation, transcription, captions, and voice-over.
- Manage subscriptions, coin balances, invoices, and billing support.
- Respond to support requests and send important service messages.
- Monitor performance, debug issues, prevent abuse, and protect the Service.
- Improve features, reliability, and user experience.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
3. AI Features and Third-Party AI Providers
VedPilot uses AI to edit projects and generate media. AI requests are processed through trusted infrastructure and model providers.
When you use AI features, we send the inputs needed to perform the request. This may include prompts, chat messages, timeline summaries, transcripts, images, audio, or video you provide.
We route AI requests through Vercel AI Gateway and third-party model providers such as Google, xAI, OpenAI, and other vendors listed in our product catalogs. Those providers process the inputs needed to generate the requested output under their own terms.
Do not submit content you do not have rights to use, or sensitive personal information you do not want processed for AI features.
6. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
- Account and project data is kept while your account is active.
- Billing and transaction records may be kept longer where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
- When you delete a project, we remove it from active systems, though backup copies may remain for a limited period.
- If you request account deletion, we will delete or deactivate active account data unless we must retain certain records by law.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.
We work to protect data in transit and at rest using industry-standard safeguards, access controls, and secure infrastructure providers.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws, you may also have the right to object to certain processing, restrict processing, or lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

You are responsible for the footage, prompts, audio, images, and other content you upload or generate in VedPilot.
Only upload content you have the rights to use. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
We process your content to provide editing, generation, transcription, captions, storage, export, and related Service features.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
If we make material changes, we may also notify you by email or through the Service.
