These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Foxylang, LLC, the company that owns and operates VedPilot. They govern your access to and use of VedPilot, our AI Vibe Video Editor, website, web application, billing pages, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms with Foxylang, LLC and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please read these Terms carefully, especially the sections on subscriptions, coins, acceptable use, content ownership, and limitations of liability.
1. The Service
VedPilot is owned and operated by Foxylang, LLC and is an AI-assisted video editor with a real multi-track timeline.
We may update, improve, or change features over time. Some features may be labeled beta or preview and may change or be removed.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your location.
- Upload footage and describe edits in plain language.
- Generate video, images, voice-over, captions, and other media with AI.
- Edit projects manually with tracks, keyframes, masks, transitions, and effects.
- Export finished projects in supported formats.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You may sign in with email and password or supported third-party authentication providers such as Google or Apple, subject to those providers' terms as well.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- Do not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account without authorization.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Coins
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and include a monthly coin allowance for AI usage.
Paid plans
- Paid plans include Starter, Creator, Pro, Max, and Ultra, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Every paid plan unlocks access to all available AI models in the Service.
- Higher plans include larger coin packs, faster queue priority, and higher export quality limits.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Coins
- Coins are the usage balance for AI-powered actions such as chat edits, generation, voice-over, captions, and related AI features.
- Different models and actions consume different amounts of coins.
- Your coin pack resets at the start of each billing cycle, even if you did not use the previous coins. Unused coins expire and do not roll over.
- Coins already spent on AI actions are final. We do not refund used coins, failed generations you accepted, or unused coins that expire at reset.
- Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold.
Cancellations and changes
- You can cancel or change your plan through the billing portal.
- Upgrades may take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations keep your current paid access until the end of the billing period already paid for, unless required otherwise by law.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, and coins already used are never refundable.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe or other payment providers we use. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
We may change plan prices, coin allocations, or plan features on a prospective basis. If required by law, we will provide notice before changes affect your subscription.
4. Acceptable Use
Use VedPilot lawfully and respect the rights of others.
We may investigate violations and remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts when necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service.
- Do not upload, generate, or publish content you do not have the rights to use.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automation to access the Service except through features we explicitly provide.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide standalone access to the Service without our written permission.
- Do not use the Service to create content that violates platform rules, privacy rights, publicity rights, or intellectual property rights.
- Do not use the Service to generate content that exploits minors or promotes illegal activity.
5. Your Content, Projects, and AI Outputs
You keep ownership of your content, subject to the licenses needed to run the Service.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for all footage, prompts, audio, images, text, and other material you upload or create in the Service.
- You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to use and edit that material.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before publishing or relying on them.
License to VedPilot
You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your content only as needed to operate the Service, provide AI features, save your projects, process billing, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
This license ends when you delete content or close your account, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time or records we must retain by law.
AI outputs
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use exported outputs for personal or commercial purposes on paid plans as described in your plan features.
- Because AI systems are probabilistic, outputs may be similar to content generated for other users and may require review, editing, or replacement.
- We do not guarantee that any output will be unique, accurate, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
6. VedPilot Intellectual Property
The Service itself belongs to Foxylang, LLC and its licensors.
- We own or license the Service, software, branding, design, documentation, and underlying technology.
- These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by these Terms.
7. AI Features and Third-Party Services
AI requests may be processed by third-party infrastructure and model providers.
When you use AI features, your prompts, media, transcripts, and related inputs may be sent to service providers that help us deliver those features, including Vercel AI Gateway and connected AI model vendors.
Your use of AI features must also comply with any applicable provider policies and restrictions.
Stock search, authentication, analytics, hosting, and payment services may also be provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
8. Exports and Commercial Use
- Paid plans include commercial usage rights for exported content, subject to these Terms and your rights in the underlying source material.
- Export quality, watermark status, and supported formats depend on your plan and current product settings.
- You are solely responsible for how exported content is published, monetized, labeled, or distributed.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may request account deletion by contacting us. Some billing, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription through the billing portal.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by nature should survive will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI outputs will always meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foxylang, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim or fifty US dollars (US $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Foxylang, LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
If we make material changes, we may notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the changes.
